I hit the first run in 6:17.20

Second mile run in 7:52.75
Total 32:10.15
I partitioned the work into 10 sets of 10 pull-up’s, 20 push-up’s and 30 squats. The push-up’s are what gave me the most trouble as I had to break the last several sets up. Where as I hit the pull-up’s and squats straight through without stopping. I will have to keep working on the push-up’s! Try to beat me and post time to comments.
