I am hoping to have some of the explanatory pages and new about page buttoned up sometime this coming weekend so that new folks can have an idea what FBP is and how to use this site and get the most from it. In the mean time if there are any questions please post a comment, as I am going to respond to all comments until I am receiving too many to keep up with.

If you don’t have a set of paralettes you have to go to home depot to get some PVC and make a set. They only cost $25 if you do it yourself, and you can have the pieces cut at the store. I have made two sets and I’m not exactly “Johnnie Do it yourselfer” so get after this. If you want to see some of the different things you can smash with paralettes Google L-Sits, Pass throughs, planche tucks, gymnastics moves in general.

Now for a mixed mode piece where the idea came from Coach Rut at The Fitness Conduit, but I added in some toes through rings.
12 Minute AMRAP
10 toes through rings
5 Overhead Squat 85lbs
5 Push Press 85lbs
Score: 7 rounds, 10 T2B, 3OHS (I was not feeling it, suck it up)
The toes through rings looks easy but it gets harder and harder where the OHS and PP at 50% body weight remained constant. Have fun with this and Get after it.
